The staff are knowledgeable and trained on every system and ready to explain and teach others as well. Game Quest has also participated in several local charities around town. Every year the store focuses on a new charity to support in their gaming events. Over $10,000 has been raised in the past 3 years for charities including, Child Development Center, Costumes for a Cause and Friends of Children. Game Quest has even been known to attend the family orientated Cougars games for some free arcade play and Northern Fan Con.

Not only has Game Quest added a fun and exciting new addition to Prince George, it has also been vital in changing the way Prince George bylaws work. With over 1200 signatures, and a city hall room packed full with supporters, Game Quest Owner Kelsy Polnik was instrumental in changing the way a city bylaw handled the selling and purchasing of used games and systems.
